My return label wouldn’t scan at the post office. I emailed to have the return cancelled. I had a reply on the same day instructing me to wait 24 hrs and start the process over again which I did using the printer-less option. Great service, thank you Kattleya. Haven’t been shopping with Oasis long but so far the process has been impressive and have purchased a couple of lovely dresses.

I was worried my return had been misplaced, but I contacted Oasis via the apple messaging service and received a prompt and helpful reply from Rannel. It put my mind at ease, it was such an easy, helpful and speedy service!

My order had an item missing. I contacted customer services on Saturday evening. To my amazement, I received the missing item the following day. The service was fantastic.

I had a problem with downloading a returns label. I contacted customer service on a Sunday evening and got a reply within an incredibly short space of time with the label I needed. Very, very impressed with Jan who dealt with my enquiry.

She arranged another delivery for next day. Problem solved .

Massive thanks to Saniya !! Promptly dealt with a query on a recent order where I received a faulty item. Really easy to message and responded so fast. Matter resolved with just a few messages and even offered to send a replacement the next day, received confirmation of refund within hours, couldn’t fault the service!! Thank you Saniya xx

I saw a dress i liked which was £169. It went on sale for £135(ish) and with a discount code i ended up buying the dress for £94.
Delivery was quite fast. However when i opened the package (the dress had sequins sewn on the top part of it) sequins started falling off straight away. I ignored this and tried it on. I felt a different size would have fit me better, but they confirmed that oasis do not offer exchange…only refund. At that point the dress was back to being £135. This is the ONLY store/online store i have ever come across that does not offer exchange. They advised me if i wanted to exchange i’d have to return the dress and buy the new size at the current price.
I then tried the dress on again after a day or so and decided to keep it (didn’t have time to shop for an event). Again, sequins fell off straight away. I looked closer and the thread work is extremely shoddy. The only saving grace was that the sequins are close to the colour of the dress so its not too obvious. However when i do wear it to my event i know i’ll lose a lot more of the sequins.
For a dress worth £169 originally i would NOT recommend. Oasis prices seem to be inflated and then constantly on sale. I gave the maxi dress 2 stars as the dress is very pretty and comfortable to wear. However im not sure if £94 is even worth it. Glad i didnt buy at full price, and since oasis has been taken over by Boohoo or Nastygal the quality had definetoy dropped. Won’t be spending money here again.

Unfortunately after ordering a dress that arrived full of makeup the after service that I received was extremely poor.
I would strongly advise not making a purchase through their web shop.

I would not deal with Oasis ever again, they do not deserve to be in business treating customers how they do! They took my money immediately and then I never received an email confirmation or the order. Over one month later I am still chasing even a response other than.... "wait another 5 days for us to look into this" which is all they have said repeatedly. I can see many people are having payment/refund related issues on numerous review sites.
